Vanatun

Vanatun is a guesthouse built on the grounds of Haghartsin monastery, in Tavush region near Dilijan. It runs a library and a meeting hall for guests staying among the forested hills.

The guesthouse offers a program it calls "Live as a Monk," letting guests join monastery services, meditation, work duties and craft classes alongside the resident monks. Its own materials frame a stay here as a chance for rest and self-reflection, tied to the monastery's history and daily rhythm of prayer, work and study.

Vanatun is in Tavush region, near Dilijan, on the grounds of Haghartsin monastery — ~76 km north-northeast of Yerevan (straight-line).
