William Saroyan statue

This is a monument to William Saroyan, the Armenian-American writer, set at the intersection of Mashtots Avenue and Moskovyan Street. It went up in 2008.

There's little more to say about it than that — it's a single stop, not a destination in itself, best folded into a walk through this part of central Yerevan.

In Yerevan city, roughly 1 km north-northeast of the city center (straight-line), at the Mashtots Avenue–Moskovyan Street intersection.
