Woolway Guesthouse

Woolway Guesthouse is a small lodging tied to Woolway Studios, a wool-processing operation run by the same people. The two are presented together, guesthouse and workshop under one name.

According to the studio's own account, the process runs from raw material to finished yarn: sheep's wool is sheared, then sorted so only the long-fibered strands are kept, washed by hand, air-dried, and spun by hand in small batches. Dyeing is done with plant-based dyes rather than commercial chemical ones. This is the studio's description of its own methods, not an independent verification of them.
