World Vision Armenia

World Vision Armenia is the Yerevan office of the international aid organization, founded in 1997. Its website lets people become a child's sponsor, choose a gift donation, send money by SMS, or register as a partner organization.

The office currently runs a set of grant-funded programs, including RISE-Armenia (recovery and social inclusion for displaced and vulnerable people), a project on equal access for people with disabilities, a resilience and disaster-preparedness program for communities hosting forcibly displaced people, and a child-protection program covering Vardenis and Kapan built around social entrepreneurship. Other listed programs focus on youth leadership, employment and social change for young people, and economic recovery in border communities.

Sevan Petrosyan serves as Acting Director. The office can be reached by phone or email, and is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.
