Yerevan State University, known as YSU, has run since 1919, covering bachelor's, master's, and postgraduate (aspirantura, PhD-level study) programs, with separate tracks for foreign students.
Its faculties, as listed on the university's own site, span fields from geography and geology to theology, oriental studies, journalism, and informatics and applied mathematics, among others.
The campus also includes a history museum and offices handling international cooperation and admissions.
YSU is in Yerevan, in Yerevan region, about 1 km east-northeast of the city center (straight-line).
