Altsar

Altsar, also known as Alaghaj, is a mountain pass at the border between Armenia's Gegharkunik region and Azerbaijan. It sits at the southeastern edge of the Miapor mountains, where the Getik valley opens toward the Dzegam valley.

There's little more on record about it than its location and the two valleys it connects.

The pass lies in Gegharkunik region, roughly 89 km east-northeast of Yerevan as the crow flies, right on the border line with Azerbaijan.
