Aluk

Aluk rises to 3,707 meters in the southern Zangezur mountains, about 6 km southwest of Kajaran. It ranks as the seventh-highest peak in Armenia.

There's little written about it beyond its position and height — no marked trail or hut is documented here.

Aluk sits in Syunik region, roughly 180 km southeast of Yerevan in a straight line, about 6 km southwest of the town of Kajaran.

At close to 3,700 m, snow cover lingers well into late spring, so summer and early autumn are the realistic windows for any ascent.
