Argini

Аргини · Արգինի

Argini is a mountain summit in Gegharkunik region, rising to 2,660 meters east of Lake Sevan. The peak carried the older name Ayridzha before it settled into common use as Argini.

There's little else on record about it beyond its height and position — no trail markers or summit huts noted, just a fixed point on the ridgeline east of the lake.

Argini sits in Gegharkunik region, roughly 79 km east-northeast of Yerevan as the crow flies, on the high ground east of Lake Sevan.

Snow cover at this elevation makes late spring through early autumn the realistic window for approaching the summit.
