Brew Lab 2.0

Brew Lab 2.0 is a coffee shop in Dilijan operated by Caffeine Coffee Roasters, the team behind Armenia's first third-wave coffee shop, Caffeine Brew Lab, which opened in the town in 2016 and closed in 2018 after two and a half years. The company describes itself as a group of coffee enthusiasts who began experimenting with specialty coffee in 2015 before relocating from Yerevan to Dilijan the following year. It now runs as a roastery-lab, buying seasonal crops from farms abroad and roasting the green beans itself.

Brew Lab 2.0 serves coffee and dessert, with outdoor seating available.
