PPLS Rooms is a co-living complex in Dilijan, developed by Green Rock as housing for people it brings to town to work or study, including Apicius students. The project sits in a residential part of Dilijan away from the center, and Green Rock describes it as an attempt to bring activity back to that quieter district.
It operates as hospitality-category housing rather than a standalone guesthouse — rooms are tied to Green Rock's own workforce and student programs.
PPLS Rooms is in Dilijan, Tavush region, about 71 km north-northeast of Yerevan as the crow flies.
