Hishataki Tsarughi
Аллея памяти · Հիշատակի ծառուղի
Hishataki Tsarughi is a line of 12 busts marking the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. The alley carries two names in Armenian sources — Հիշատակի ծառուղի (Alley of Remembrance) and Երախտիքի ծառուղի (Alley of Gratitude) — referring to the same row of busts.
It stands in Yerevan's Kentron district, by the entrance to the Sargis and Mari Izmirlian Library at Yerevan State University, on the side facing Charents Street. There's no larger monument complex attached — just the 12 busts themselves, set out as a commemorative alley.
The alley is in Yerevan's Kentron district, roughly 1 km east-northeast of Yerevan (straight-line), by the Charents Street side of Yerevan State University.
