Kechut reservoir

Kechut reservoir holds the Arpa river about 3.5 km south of Jermuk, in Vayots Dzor. It takes its name from Kechut, the village on its banks, and is known just as often as the Jermuk reservoir after the spa town beside it — the two names for the same body of water.
Vayots Dzor region, roughly 106 km east-southeast of Yerevan in a straight line, near the town of Jermuk.
