Saint Gayane church

Saint Gayane church is a small chapel in Kechut village, in the Jermuk area of Vayots Dzor region. It sits right next to the Kechut reservoir.

There's little documented about it beyond its location and dedication to Saint Gayane, one of the martyred nuns commemorated across Armenian churches. It functions as a modest village chapel rather than a monastery complex.

The chapel is in Kechut village, part of the Jermuk municipal area in Vayots Dzor region, roughly 107 km east-southeast of Yerevan in a straight line.
