Mets Maymekh

Mets Maymekh is a summit in the northwestern stretch of the Aregouni mountains, rising to 2,642 m in Armenia's Tavush region. It sits about 6 km southeast of Dilijan and falls within the boundaries of Dilijan National Park.
The peak also appears under the name Anchar. Beyond its height and location, little else is recorded about it.
The peak lies in Tavush region, roughly 6 km southeast of Dilijan, and about 67 km north-northeast of Yerevan (straight-line).
At over 2,600 m, snow cover and weather conditions vary sharply by season, so check conditions before heading up.
