Mokhrasar is a 3,037-meter peak on the boundary between Armenia's Gegharkunik region and Artsakh, rising above the village of Norabak. Its slopes spread across roughly 1,500 hectares of upland terrain.
The peak currently lies in territory held by Azerbaijani forces.
Mokhrasar sits in Gegharkunik region, near Norabak village, about 120 km east of Yerevan in a straight line.
