This is a memorial relief to the poet Paruyr Sevak, mounted in a wall niche of school No. 123, which bears his name, in Yerevan's Erebuni district. It stands next to the Erebuni Museum.

The relief was installed in 1978. It's listed among the immovable historical and cultural monuments of the Erebuni administrative district.
