Nor Varagavank Monastery

Nor Varagavank is a 13th-century monastic ensemble of the Armenian Apostolic Church, built on a high hill 3.5 km southwest of the village of Varagavan in Tavush province. Forested mountains and ravines surround the site.

Beyond its founding century and setting, little else is documented about the complex.

The monastery sits in Tavush province, about 3.5 km southwest of Varagavan village, roughly 111 km northeast of Yerevan as the crow flies.
