Paron Astvatzatur khatchkar

Paron Astvatzatur khachkar (carved cross-stone) stands on its own pedestal in the cemetery of the St. Stepanos chapel, on the grounds of the Dari Glukh fortress on Gavar's northeastern edge, and is registered on Armenia's state list of immovable history and culture monuments under number 5.1/2.1.28.

It is the left-hand stone of a pair set into the cemetery's western section. The record gives no further detail on when it was carved or by whom.

The khachkar is in Gegharkunik region, on the northeastern edge of Gavar town, roughly 56 km east-northeast of Yerevan as the crow flies.
