Shahaponk, also known as Jamal, is a peak rising to 3,204 meters along the border between Syunik and Nakhichevan, part of the crest line of the Zangezur mountains. It sits 7.5 km west of the village of Arevis.
Beyond its elevation and position on the ridge, little else is recorded about the peak — no marked trail, no named refuge, no listed access point.
The peak lies in Syunik region, on the border with Nakhichevan, about 7.5 km west of the village of Arevis. Straight-line, it sits roughly 140 km southeast of Yerevan.
