Surb Astvatsatsin (Holy Mother of God) Church stood in the village of Tavush, in Armenia's Tavush region. It belonged to the Armenian Apostolic Church.
The building no longer stands. Records describe it simply as completely destroyed, with no surviving structure to visit today.
The site lies in Tavush village, Tavush region, roughly 111 km northeast of Yerevan as the crow flies.
