TMCYC - Yerevan City Management Technologies Center

TMCYC — the Yerevan City Management Technologies Center — describes itself as the entity that designs, implements and maintains management and information systems for Yerevan's municipal administration. According to its own materials, it acts as the municipality's main IT consultant, drafts digitization policy, oversees related project rollout, and sits on the commission working on the "Yerevan Smart City" strategy.

The center lists three service areas: smart city solutions adapted to a city's needs, covering management, security and public transport; IT consulting alongside city administration to develop a smart-city vision; and e-services, meaning digital systems such as EDMS, ERP, CRM and HRM built for municipal use.

Contact is available by phone, email or through its website; no public visiting hours are listed.

TMCYC is located in Yerevan.
