Tsiran District

Tsiran District (Ծիրան Թաղամաս) is a residential complex in the Nairi community of Kotayk region, near Abovyan. The developer sells single-story detached houses and townhouses and describes the site as set in mountain air away from the city.

The complex includes 114 detached houses and 69 townhouses. Townhouse units list at 40.3 sqm of living space on plots of 141 to 182.1 sqm, with 20.6 sqm of parking and 56.4 to 72.8 sqm of green area per unit. Detached houses come in at 77.1 sqm of living space on plots of 400 to 470 sqm, with 36.5 sqm of parking and 200 to 235 sqm of green area. The developer says it can complete a house within 6 months of the start of work.

On site, the company lists an administration office, a home-goods and clothing shop, a supermarket, a cafe-restaurant, a dry cleaner, a children's play area, a gym and a spa. Shared grounds include a 3.8 km walking path, a water feature of over 800 sqm, more than 12,000 plants, and a garden area above 5,000 sqm, with the developer stating 80% of the complex is green space.

Tsiran District sits in Kotayk region, near the town of Abovyan, about 17 km northeast of Yerevan in a straight line.
