Community Development NGO, chaired by Ani Smbatyan, runs programs out of Yeghegnadzor in Vayots Dzor province, organized around six areas: youth development, climate protection, sustainable agriculture, humanitarian aid, economic empowerment, and tourism.

According to its own site, the humanitarian work targets displaced, refugee, and vulnerable families, covering basic needs and helping people rebuild stable living conditions. The economic empowerment work is described as skills training and support for small businesses.
