Gyozaldara
Гозалдара · Գյոզալդարա
Gyozaldara is a mountain in Armenia's Gegharkunik region, part of the Vardenis range south of Lake Sevan. It rises to 2,443 meters, a few kilometers northeast of the present-day village of Vardenik.
There's little more on record about it beyond its position and height — no marked trail, no listed facilities, nothing to embellish. It sits on the map as a fixed point in the Vardenis range, one of many summits south of the lake.
Gyozaldara is in Gegharkunik region, roughly 84 km east of Yerevan in a straight line, a few kilometers northeast of Vardenik village.
As with most peaks in the Vardenis range, snow cover and weather conditions will vary sharply by season — plan around that if attempting the ascent.
