Mariam Mayri vank in Navur

Mariam Mayri vank — Mariam Mayri monastery — is a medieval church in Tavush region. Its founding date isn't recorded; what survives is a note that the building was renovated in the 17th century.

Beyond that renovation record, no other history has come down — no builder, no earlier events, nothing on later use. It stands as a modest, little-documented parish church rather than a site with a traceable story.

The church is in Tavush region, on the left side of the road leading to Navur village, about 2 km west of the town of Berd. Straight-line, it's roughly 103 km northeast of Yerevan.
