Metsakunk

Metsakunk (Մեծակունք) is a natural spring rising in the highlands of southern Armenia. Like most springs in the country, its water gathers into nearby brooks and streams before eventually joining a larger river.

Little else is documented about this particular source — no listed elevation, access notes, or local lore — but its coordinates place it in the mountainous terrain of Vayots Dzor province.

The spring lies in the mountains of Vayots Dzor province in Armenia's south. As with most springs in this kind of terrain, reaching it means leaving the main roads for mountain tracks.
